Activate by sending 1 face-up "Empty Machine" in your Spell & Trap Zone to the GY. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by an opponent's card effect. Once per turn: You can activate 1 of these effects. • During the Main Phase: You can Special Summon 1 "Timelord" monster from your hand. • Target 1 "Timelord" monster in your GY; shuffle it into the Deck, then you can Set 1 "Infinite Light" directly from your hand or Deck.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on all in stock items. Due to the nature of our business it is very likely we may not have multiples of the item you purchased, especially on vaulted and rare items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging - unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pcatoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pre-Order Cancellations

When dealing with pre-orders we place orders based on the number of pre-orders that are made. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, we still have to pay for that item. Because of this we only allow pre-order cancellations in the event that the item is pushed back more than 6 months past the original anticipated release/arrival date. In the instance that you do wish to cancel your pre-order you must contact us at info@pcatoys.com and request a refund and include your orignal order number. There will be a 20% restocking fee due applied to your refund.
